I'm terribly disappointed in Volkswagen after sale service in Saudi Arabia , Jeddah.
The dealer is claiming that, the part for the car which he is committed to provide are not available and that he had to order even the simple on counter part. The ordering time take about 10 days at times.
A 60, 000 km service was done on the car. The dealer will not produce a detailed breakdown of the work and spare part which had been done on the car.
A charge of nearly US $1800 was not justified. They claimed that they have replaced the AC gas freon and filter, but just two days after we had to fill the freon gas because was not correctly filled and the outside mechanic also found that the filter was not changed as claimed by Volkswagen dealer.
I feel that Volkswagen is bad product and I will never buy or advise any one to purchase a Volkswagen car again. The dealer carless attitude reflect it inability to keep his commitment and volkswagen liability to their customers.
If your company going to continue with this bad standing, people will loose faith in your company, that is for sure.

I have contacted you regarding the detailed bill but untill now you didn't send the detailes as
Requested. Please note that the freon AC gas was not filled correctly and the AC filter was not changed as you claimed. Please I ask you once again to submit all the charges details the total
Work had been done on the car. I will now claim the amount you have charged for the AC.
Please note that if no detailed bill received by the next few days, then we have no option but to contact Folxwagen mother company and raise a claim.
Your deliberate carelessness showed by your action of not replying to our calls and emails is a
Clear indication of your inability and to keep Folxwagen commitment and your liability with your customers.
At last, it is customer's legal rights to have a detailed break down of spare parts and work which has been done on the car. We also have the legal right to a refund for the work which has not been completed on the car as you claimed. I hope that we can reach a satisfactory solution without having to use an alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Your cooperation and understanding to the matter is urgently required.
