We send you our greetings and we are so sorry to inform you that we bought a car from your agent in K.S.A. (Al walaan)in Riyadh.
1- We followed the normal instructions to change oil every 10.000 kilometers in their Authorized agents constantly and on regular basis. But we had a problem in the engine and when we went to them they refused to repair it , first they kept the car outside the workshop for two weeks without checking and after checking they told us that the "warrantee is over and it was our fault ", if it was our fault why they ask about warrantee.
2- Now the workshop excuse is that we did not come to them to make the regular maintenance and no one told us that when I bought the car and if it was written in the car manual – do all people know how to read? And what about remote areas? Where are the new technologies to remind the customer by email or sms or by calling land line or mobile to come for regular maintenance?
3- When we bought the car we issued a check by the required amount and when we came to pay we discovered that they took 1.000 S.R more than its price and we asked for refund several times on the mobile of one of the owners of walaan family and he tells us that he will revise his accounts and return us the balance but since we bought the car on 6/3/2009 and till now nothing happened.
4- The gasoline we use in the car is 95 and it is the best in the area and that tells you that we are careful and not neglecting as they accuse us.
5- We are sorry to inform you that in case the machine was not repaired by the agent on the company guarantee we will go to human rights and all kinds of social sites ( facebook , twitter, you tube , etc).
6- Also we will go to the judiciary in courts and the daily newspapers (regular and electronics).
7- We think this is not the right dealing from an agency to a Famous world wide company like yours and we know very well that this action from your agent will not satisfy you.
