Dear Sirs,

My whole day is spoiled today after I made a purchase from Al Manama Supermarket, Al Arooba Street, Sharjah.

We have made a purchase for a total amount of AED. 323/-, which I believe not a meager purchase. I have requested the security staff on duty and the counter helper whether they can deliver the groceries to our home, for which they agreed. Please note that, this grocery contains many frozen items and vegetables.

We have put everything in the trolley at 12:15 and left the supermarket. Even at 2pm your staff failed to bring the grocery or even your unmannered staff failed to give proper answer through telephone about this matter.

Sorry to say that your staff at this supermarket it very ill-mannered and imprudent. Apart from the large number of employees in this supermarket, I feel most of them are very unprofessional and their terminology is very poor.

You are requested to look into this matter.

i made purchase in the afternoon on 19/1/2011 for some items. I got extra item in my bill which i did n not purchase,it "0.80 mango kenya, and the price is 8.80". i came to complaint in the evening, the same day, the supevisor seem did not trust me, so he told to recheck the item, and i swear him that all items i got, and all items written in the bill plus extra mango kenya. althougth i tried to argue and swear him, seem he & the casier didn't believe me. Finally i went with little anger, and swear won't visit this market again. its happennd to me the 2nd time, but the fisrt time(the item was i liter 15 dirhams) the supervisor trusted me immediately, althought i returned 3 days after. when the manama was small supermarket. So this is the bad impression about the big people are not always in good while the small one is better. the good employer in the small manama was the hero to made big manama because of a good impression, and the people trust and spread the word.
So. good luck manama, if this cheating way for you to get the profit than make it but you have to remember there will be THE DAY AFTER...!I think Manama owner is a Moslem, so he must believe in this...thanks << Less
