they raised a case in court against me by mistake, i got stopped they took my card, and i have priority account and they confirmed it was a mistake but no one sent me official apology email or even called me, im calling them daily with no benift, below is the story.

I'm sorry to tell you that I'm one of your Priority customer and I am totally upset and frustrated of your continues disappointing services and product quality.
Be advised that tomorrow Sunday 26 feb 2017 I'm heading the nearest court to raise a case of grievance, damage and disruption to priority customer against EI Bank in dubai Courts.
And Believe me I will never give up no matter what!
I was stopped from dubai police this Friday ( 24 Feb 2017) in my weekend that it is supposed to be a break for me to finish my personal duties! I was heading Abu Dhabi with my husband to visit his aunt in ICU in one of Abu Dhabi hospitals due to sudden accident, and we got stopped by dubai police because the car with plate No. 84486 N Dubai, which financed by your bank not because you are the perfect bank or the perfect choice but because I'm working in an engineering Consultant that has an account listed in your bank and I'm working to this consultant as an Civil Engineer under designation 'Tender Manager' and im getting my salary that is regularly deposited to your bank and in monthly basis before I withdraw even one dirham from my salary the bank deduct the receivable installments due.
I have all my bank statements regularly,
I have all records of deduction in mobile text msgs from the bank,
I have the record of deduction in online banking very clear, and you have my full salary deposited in your bank in monthly basis and from day one till February 2017 the last due installment you have the full installments deducted perfectly and I've never received any warning call and/or email from the collection department as all your installment is going smoothly with no problems in my account, however, you have raised a case on Ras Al Khaimah courts against me and the police now reserved my car that is all mine and one of the bank branches which I visited today ( Saturday 25 feb 2017) confirmed that no outstanding against me and my accounts are alright, clear and has no issues! And I'm one of the Priority costumer that has a perfect account!!
You reserved something in no position of you and not your right and in a weekend!
since two days 'so far' I'm without my car got stuck in al warsan area in dubai where they reserved my car and I back by taxi in a rainy day with all my bags after like three hours in police center trying to solve my problem with the ever useless costumer center you have.
I spend Friday under the rain looking for a taxi to take me and my husband back home. I couldn't reach Aunte in the hospital in Abu Dhabi.
I loose money payable for the taxi to reach home in Sharjah from al Warsan Dubai while I was end of Dubai and one hour more to reach Abu Dhabi in an emergency!
I was under spot in police center in front of others considering that I'm a lady!! !!
It was my first time in my whole life to be in a police car!!!
I was sick this weekend having cold and fever plus all this tension!
I spent Saturday 25 Feb 2017 also in your bank al qasimyah branch in Sharjah trying to get the release and raise a complain for this accident and Hassle caused to me
Be advised that I can't wait more than tomorrow ( Sunday feb 26, 2017) to get the release letter and my car back to me and to the address that I will give to you and a proof that my name got cleared and released from all pero and all other police center and/ or borders and also an official apology letter from the bank and after that I will let Dubai court bring justice to what happened to me.
And I will write in social media pages and also will raise this to our company top management trying to change the bank and transfer our salaries to different bank
