I took a coffee machine back to @home as it was not functioning right. The plastic smell like it was burning every time I tried to make coffee. The coffee also came out extremely weak no matter what setting we used. We returned it within the 14 day period time. The manager wasn't available at the shop and the sales guy had to phone him. The manager then was really rude and not of much help either as he just shrugged his shoulders saying the machine is not his problem anymore - we're still waiting for a reply from him for almost 3 days now. Does Dubai give any good service to customers?? Especially when a coffee machine was almost 10 000 dirhams... Maybe we just shouldn't buy at stores like this where customers isn't seen as important. << Less
